Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Raynovaa Mobile Application (the “App”) operated by Raynovaa Ventures (“Raynovaa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Acceptance of Terms

By signing into the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Client Eligibility & Mobile OTP Login

Eligibility: The App is designed for registered clients and prospective purchasers of managed farmland and estate plots developed by Raynovaa Ventures.
Admin-Registered Phone Numbers: Login is strictly authorized for phone numbers registered in the Raynovaa client database. Access is authenticated via an SMS One-Time Password (OTP).
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining custody of your mobile device and OTP. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Nature of App Content: Admin-Managed Property Records

Property Records Supplied by Admin: All plot numbers, project names, boundary dimensions, tree tallies, and area measurements displayed in the App are configured, verified, and updated by Raynovaa Administration. The App serves as an informational management interface.

Statutory Primacy:In the event of any typographical discrepancy between the App interface and your physical registered Sale Deed, Allotment Contract, or official Government Revenue Records (7/12 Extract), the registered physical legal documents shall strictly prevail.

Estate Legal Deeds: Land documents provided in the Document Vault (including 7/12 extracts, Ferfaar entries, search reports, and allotment letters) are uploaded by Raynovaa Admin for your digital reference and convenience.

3. Client KYC Submissions (Aadhaar & PAN)

Required Submissions: The only documents collected from you via the App are your Aadhaar Card and PAN Card, required for statutory identity verification and land transaction compliance.
Document Authenticity: You represent and warrant that the Aadhaar and PAN documents you upload are genuine, legally issued, and belong to you.
Verification: Raynovaa reserves the right to reject document uploads that are blurred, illegible, or incomplete.

4. Estate Services & Live Information

Weather & Microclimate Advisory: Project weather data, humidity, and forecasts displayed on the Dashboard are fetched via automated meteorological services and are provided purely as an advisory convenience.
Maintenance Dues: Dues, development levies, and plantation upkeep fees displayed in the App reflect accounting records maintained by Raynovaa. Offline or NEFT/RTGS payments will reflect after administrative bank reconciliation.
Development Gallery: Visual media in the Gallery represents actual on-site project progress updated periodically by estate management.

5. Refer & Earn Guidelines

  • When submitting referrals through the App, you warrant that you have obtained the prior consent of the individual before submitting their contact details.
  • Tree plantation credits, milestone badges, or referral incentives are subject to successful verification and execution of allotment agreements by the referred party.

6. Intellectual Property & License

All brand trademarks (“Raynovaa”, “The Green Future”), logos, sitemaps, UI illustrations, code, and graphical assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Raynovaa Ventures.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the App for managing your estate allotment. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

Raynovaa Ventures shall not be liable for any temporary service interruptions resulting from mobile carrier SMS delivery failures, third-party weather API inaccuracies, or technical downtime beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Raynovaa Ventures’ registered headquarters.
