By accessing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please read this document carefully to understand how your information is handled.
Information We Collect
We only collect data necessary to authenticate your identity, fulfill government KYC mandates, and deliver estate management services:
A. Information You (The Client) Provide to Us
- Identity & Contact Details: Mobile phone number (used for secure SMS OTP authentication), full name, nickname, email address, date of birth, and profile picture.
- Client KYC Identification Documents:
- Aadhaar Card: Copy/Photo uploaded for customer identity verification.
- PAN Card: Copy/Photo uploaded for tax and statutory property compliance.
Note: The App does not ask you to upload property deeds; only your Aadhaar Card and PAN Card are collected from you for KYC verification.
- Referral Details:Name and mobile phone number of prospective buyers you voluntarily submit through the “Refer & Earn” feature with their prior consent.
- Support Inquiries: Notes or queries sent when initiating contact with Raynovaa estate relationship managers.
B. Information Configured & Provided by Raynovaa Admin
The App acts as a secure viewer for property and legal records managed by Raynovaa Administration. You do not self-declare these details; they are verified and assigned directly by our administration team:
- Plot & Ownership Records: Assigned Project Name, Estate Location, Plot Reference Number, Total Area (in sq. ft.), Allotment Status, and Tree Plantation Counts.
- Official Estate Legal Deeds: Digital copies of government land records uploaded by Raynovaa for your reference, including 7/12 Extract (Saat-Baara), Ferfaar (Mutation Entries), Sale Deeds, Title Search Reports, K-Prat / Survey Layout Plans, and Maintenance Receipts.
C. Automatically Collected Technical Data
- Device model, operating system version, IP address, and network connection status.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device push tokens (for sending weather alerts, project updates, and payment status reminders).
How We Use Your Information
Sharing & Disclosure of Data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or KYC data to advertisers or third-party marketing companies. We only share information with:
Supabase (database and encrypted document storage) and Google Firebase (push notifications).
Twilio (exclusively for dispatching SMS OTP codes).
Solely when mandated under Indian law or by judicial court order.
Data Security & Storage
Data Retention & Account Deletion
Retention: We retain KYC and account records for the duration of your land ownership or as mandated by Indian property registration and limitation laws.
Account & Data Deletion Request:
You can request account deletion at any time:

Upon request, your login credentials, profile details, and uploaded KYC images will be permanently purged within thirty (30) days, subject to any statutory legal retention requirements.
